Yoga became part of my life 25 years ago as a way to manage stress, offering much more than expected. Along with becoming more emotionally balanced, my physical health improved, and my energy increased. Consistent practice brought profound mental and emotional shifts, supporting my wellbeing through life’s most challenging moments. It continues to be a lifelong journey of self discovery, revealing inner strength, compassion, and self love.

Passionate about sharing these ancient practices, my personal goal is to make yoga accessible to anyone seeking healing through movement, breath, and deep relaxation. Our sessions offer an experience to step away from the busyness of life, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the body and heart’s calm center. My intention is to provide nurturing space to tune into the body’s wisdom—guiding the way to better health and wellness.

Currently based in Cardiff by the Sea, private and group sessions are available in Hatha, vinyasa, gentle, restorative, and yoga for children and families. Sessions can be held in your home or in my small home studio. Check the schedule to begin your nourishing yoga journey.
